Thank You South Jeff!

On May 16th the school budget vote passed, and our library was on the ballot this year to raise monies due to increased costs over the last couple of years. Thanks for coming out and supporting our library by passing the school budget this year and voting yes for the Adams Center Free Library funding.

Our new system, Polaris, will be up and running soon. Along with those changes comes a change in our Overdrive App as well. Overdrive will be retiring soon, and Libby App will be taking over. Vega is the name of our new cataloging system too. Many changes are taking place, but have no fear as we will help the best we can with any questions or concerns you may have!

Knitting is every Wednesday from 6-8 pm at the Adams Center Free Library, 18267 State Route 177, Adams Center or Call 315-583-5501 for more information. You don’t have to knit to join. Crochet and other needle arts are welcome. We would like to thank the Northern New York Community Foundation for supporting our goal in awarding us $4500 towards new computers and technology. We are so grateful for their generous gift and look forward to using it to enhance the lives of our patrons. We are also offering one-on-one basic computer skills teaching. Call for an appointment. We are excited to offer this new service to those just starting out with technology.
